Return policy 12Trace – Track and Trace products.

You can return undamaged items if:
• The item is returned within 14 days. The period begins on the day after your order is received
• The item is in its original state and condition and if as far as possible original packaging
• The item has in no way has been mounted in an object.
• The delivery note or a (copy) of the invoice is enclosed in the package

It is important to first log the returned item using the return form in order to handel your return quickly and correctly,

Return conditions:

Our return policy applies whether you purchase a product online via our site of through a website of a 12Trace reseller/dealer or whether you make a physical purchase in a store of a 12Trace dealer.

Items that may not be returned:

• Battery pack.
• Purchased credits for your Tracker.
• Products that have been assembled into an object.
• Products that have been connected to a power source
• Products which already have a track and trace account is created on the basis of the product.
• Items that haven’t been purchased through, the shop or an official 12trace Dealer or (physical) store of a 12trace Dealer.

Can I return an item if it does not meet the conditions?

You can not return an item if it does not meet the conditions set out above. Please note that the payment of the order remains. If in doubt, please contact our customer service.

How do I return an order within 14 days?

Please contact us for RMA (return merchandise authorization) number associated with your return.

Do I automatically get my money back if I return my product?

Once we have received your return in good working order at our return address, you will receive the amount paid. If you have not yet paid, we will void the payment due. The payed amount will be wired to you within seven (working) days from the date on the return form.
