12Trace is a member of the Metaalunie (Metal Union), the Dutch Organisation of Entrepreneurs in Small and Medium Enterprises in the Metaal. 12Trace complies therebyÂ with the Â METAALUNIE CONDITIONS formerly known as the SMECOMA, filed with the District Court in Rotterdam on 1 January 2001. The conditions are published by the Metaalunie, Postbus 2600, 3430 GA Nieuwegein.

Return terms 12Trace – Track and Trace products.
You can return undamaged items as:
â€˘ You return the item within the period of 14 days. The period begins on the day after receipt of your order.
â€˘ The item in its original condition and if reasonably possible in the original packaging.
â€˘ The article is in no way has been mounted in an object.
â€˘ You, the delivery note or the (copy) invoice enclose in the package
For a quick and correct handling, it is important that you first log return the item using the ‘return form.
Whether you order a product online now and settles through the website or through the web shop of a dealer 12Trace but when you purchased the product physically and settled in the shop of a dealer 12Trace. In all of these above-mentioned cases, the return conditions apply as described above.
Items that can not be returned:
â€˘ Battery pack.
â€˘ Purchased credits for your Tracker.
â€˘ Products that have been assembled into an object.
â€˘ Products that have been under stress.
â€˘ Products which already have a track and trace account is created on the basis of the product.
â€˘ Items that are purchased through www.12trace.nl, the shop of an official 12trace Dealer or (physical) store of a 12trace Dealer.
Can I return an item if it does not meet the conditions?
You can not return an item if it does not meet the conditions set out above. Please note that the payment of the order remains. If in doubt, please contact our customer service.
How do I return an order within 14 days?
Please contact us for RMA (return merchandise authorization) number associated with your return.

Do I automatically get my money back if I return my product?
Once we have received your returnÂ in good working orderÂ atÂ our return address, you will receive the amount paid. If you have not yet paid, we will void the payment due. TheÂ payed amount will be wired to youÂ within seven (working) days from the date on the return form.
